The trampoline workout
Hop to it livewellers! The new exercise trend is the trampoline workout.
I am always looking for new and fun ways to exercise, and when I came across this new way to get my cardio in, I was excited by how fun it looked.
Aside from how enjoyable it is, it’s also efficient. Ten minutes on the trampoline is equal to 30 minutes on the treadmill.
The trampoline has benefits on the joints as well because it is low impact. The trampoline absorbs 80% of the shock when you are performing. This alleviates pressure on your back and also allows for quicker recover between sessions.
Jump workouts are a way to tighten and tone your core muscles and do cardio at the same time.
The trampoline workout incorporates a lot of the same strength training exercises we do in fitness classes, the only difference is that they are done on the trampoline. The trampoline moreover provides a full body workout. Because you are constantly required to maintain your balance you are engaging all your muscles through out the course of your class.
The trampoline is affordable and transportable. You can buy one today for around 50 bucks then take it into your office, or wherever and start bouncing the calories away.
