Easy Returns and Exchanges
At LivewellShop.com, your satisfaction is important to us and we want you to enjoy your products fully. While we strive to ensure you are completely satisfied with your purchase, we understand that from time to time you may need to return an item. Our return, exchange and refund policy is 30 days.

Return An Item for Refund Directly to livewell
To complete your return, you must enclose your original receipt and packing slip in your package.
To be eligible for a complete refund, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Any item not in its original packaging or condition, has damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error will result in non-eligibility for refund.
Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery will be returned to our stock and you will be issued a partial refund in the form of a gift certificate/store credit. Partial credits are determined on a per product basis.
We cannot accept returns on monogrammed, personalized, or special-order items.
Final sale items are not eligible for refund.
Unless items arrived to you damaged, return shipping must be paid by customer.
- If you are shipping an item over $75, please consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Returns Directly to the Manufacturer
In some cases, you will be instructed to return your item directly to the manufacturer.
- When returning directly to the manufacturer, you must enclose the original packing slip in your package.
- To be eligible for a complete refund, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Any item not in its original packaging or condition, has damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to manufacturer error will result in non-eligibility for refund.
- If your product is defective, or you are less than satisfied with the quality, construction, or the product simply does not meet your expectations, the return shipping fee will be paid by the manufacturer.
- If you have decided that you no longer need the product, but there is nothing wrong with it, then you will be responsible for the return shipping cost.
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If you are approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds
- If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
- Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
- Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
- If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Gift Returns or Exchanges
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will found out about your return.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
